The band name is a 4 letter 'phrase' if you like, and i have written something to the opposite sentiment of that phrase. So it is meta because it mirrors the overall meaning rather than the specific words. Its really not that difficult a clue!

That's just complicated things further I only asked about the 'meta' thing, because there are two meanings, and mentioned what they were. Still doesn't make much sense, but, yeah, it's only easy cos you already know what it is. Suffice to say, the penny isn't dropping on this one, but it will make sense when I know what it is...

I can't get Mudvayne out of my head for this one, but, surely another word / opposite word for Shovel isn't vayne / vein / vain...
unless it's cos you dig with a shovel, mudvayne had a song called dig, and you dig into your veins with drugs...
