All the p-less countries were a clue that the name was also a p-less country. Cyrus/Cyprus, Egyt/Egypt. I dropped Ja'an and 'ortugal in there as clues too. Surely not that difficult a puzzle?! I thought changing miley to kilometey was obvious and would make the cryptic surname clue easier as well. Never mind.
