What the HECK is verbunkos?!?? ... is an 18th-century Hungarian dance and music genre. So there ya go  János BihariBela Bartok ContrastsI like quite a bit of Hungarian classical stuff it seems, Franz Liszt was a genius, György Ligeti, Bela Bartok, and of course, the great (not classical but still Hungarian) Attila Csihar, one of the greatest vocalists of all time. |
