Skream, bro!
Belle and Sebastian or Simon and Garfunkel

I'll pick Simon & Garfunkel, simply because Paul Simon did 'Graceland', and that's better than anything all of the four mentioned have done Led Zeppelin or Devourment

Yowzaa! hmm.. Probably The Orb. I remember my old man listening to U.F. Orb & Orbus Terrarum when I was pretty young. Stuck with me all this time. Awww :-)
Aphex Twin is still fully mazeballs though!
Orbital or DJ Shadow

Orbital definitely. I do love a lot of Dj Shadow's stuff though, but Orbital are one of the biggest influences on anything electronic that I've made, for how they layer things up.

Iraaaaaaation
2 unlimited or B52s

Even though I liked 2 Unlimited more at the time than when B52s were around, B52s are clearly a better actual band, Rock Lobster is a mint song. They're kind of annoying, but good fun, so I'll pick them.
The Prodigy vs Chemical Brothers.

Mortiis or cradle of filth

Cradle of Filth, even their later stuff when Dani Filth decided whispering turned up really loud is better than screaming, because he's a moron. Mortiis' own stuff is guff.

Sweden definitely. Norwegian one are a bit too mental for me. Plus Shining (swe) are fucking grim as fuck. Fuck.
Shining (Sweden) or Silencer

I listened to the latest 'release' from Shining Sweden, knowing that Niklas Kvaforth is actually a total dick now, and it's awful! Such a shame, their / his first 5 or 6 are all awesome. Silencer's 'Death, pierce me' is one of the hardest albums to get into, ever, I think, but it's SO worth listening a load of times to. I totally understand how his vocals are off putting, but good they so are!
Vote for Silencer I do, album of one is so good. Riffs they did play. Mutilation he did do.
Actually, I vote for Shining, because there are more great albums, I won't be put off by him and their latest.

Primus vs Jesus Lizard Yeah, I'd have gone with Shining to be fair That Silencer album is fantastic though. It kind of leaves you a bit disturbed after a full listen. Any band that can change your mood for the worse are definitely doing it right. Guy was a fruit-loop though!
