I like to eat. It's really fun.
What are your favorite things to both cook/bake and eat?
I love making stews, easy as hell and hard to get wrong.
Just use a fuck load of gravy and a fuck load of pepper. Job's a gudden!!

I love making roasts, especially now I can do vegan Yorkshire puddings. Baking banana bread. Eating stir frys, bento boxes, anything like you can get at Little Tokyo.

No idea how restaurants make the texture of it like that. Can never reproduce it properly at home. Veggie brekkie at Dirty Weekend Fest had fake black pudding nom. courage |

The rehydrated soya chunks, soaked in soy sauce / whatever sauce for a couple of hours then cooked through are about as close as been able to get to the stuff in Little Tokyo.
My speciality is a chick pea related curry, I say related, as it started out as chana massala but it's kinda morphed into its own entity now. It's got about 15 of your 5 a day, and usually make a massive vat of it to last the whole week.

Hah joebassdude it's a Japanese restaurant in town, it does next level vegan food. Like vegan chicken wings and vegan duck. There's meat too but I think everyone gets the tofu versions ha. |

Sounds decent. Where abouts is it? it's really nice inside. Koy carp swimming about and wooden booths or you can sit on pads on the floor. If it's someone's birthday though they do weird stuff like dress as robot ninjas and have light saber fights ha. courage. Yes. That starter thing is lush. |
